Help with blood tests

Hi, any comments on test attached? I am frustrated with my TSH which won’t stabilise and isn’t now optimum for fertility. Currently on 125/100 mg alternate days of levothyroxine. I have recently weaned from Prednisolone (last dose 6 days before this test) and wondering if this might have had an impact on results. Any comments gratefully received 😀

What happens when you take 125mcg a day? I can see from a previous post that you’ve said you go hyper - but when you say that, do you experience symptoms or do you have a numpty doctor who overreacts to a low TSH?

You’re currently under medicated according to those results.

Thanks, I experience symptoms like diarrhoea, palpitations and hair loss.

The conversion for USA is FT4 1.27 and FT3 2.91. Not too bad but IMO, i would want the FT3 higher. You might discuss w/doctor that you could benefit from adding T3 (synthetic or DTE).

Thanks, my doctor seems to think FT3 ok for now but actually I wonder about supplementing with T3 too.

Hi jenbot, this man has 5 min videos on 20 reasons for low thyroid. The one at the top has to do with TPO antibodies. There is also one on low progesterone. Did you have a folate result?
