Does anyone take collagen for hair loss? My hair is becoming very thin and I read collagen can help.

Any advice on which brand to take?

Presumably you regularly retest vitamin levels?

Low ferritin and low zinc both linked to hairloss

I need to do that ASAP.

I really struggle with stomach issues and some vitimins make me sick.

Started using Vit D and iron sprays but they are so expensive.
