Nodule on left side of thyroid not cancerous but can i get it removed

Nodule
Why would you want it removed? Is it large enough to show?
If it's not bothering you, leave well alone.
HOWEVER, from what you say on previous post, there may be reasons for extraction; the "nodule" may possibly develop into a goitre which could cause you great problems if left to its own devices for too long. It can spread and attach itself to anything it finds, especially scar tissue from previous ops. It can go retrosternal, ie downwards towards your lungs. Goitres are not simply lumps that can be cut out by any old surgeon, they can become very dangerous indeed.
You may have some difficulty finding a surgeon prepared to operate if the objective is merely cosmetic.
You need blood tests to see how well your residual thyroid tissues are working. If they have failed, which seems to be the case here, you need to speak to an endocrinologist to decide what your future is to be. Without any thyroid at all you will probably fail to get well on levothyroxine and will need to take NDT to achieve any improvement on how you feel right now. NDT is BLACKLISTED, doctors are effectively banned from prescribing it.
A goitre is an enlarged thyroid, not a lump on the thyroid. It cannot be removed without removing the thyroid.
Nodules on thyroid are not uncommon at all. I would say unless it is causing serious problems any surgery is best avoided.
See you've had a partial thyroidectomy previously. My opinion only,
but as it is worrying you maybe ask for a fna on it to put your mind at rest? Best of luck. j
