Yesterday and today I've taken one and a half grains of armour and 25 of levo sodium. Probably silly but I feel like I have more energy.

Is it ok to take both meds???

Probably the percentage of T4:T3 in Armour isn't spot on for you and the levo adds that extra T4 your body wants.

You're already taking T4 and T3 by taking Armour. :)

Serum t4 10.9 (7 - 10)

Are you sure about that FT4 range? It's very strange. It means that your result is over-range, which would be unusual on NDT. Taking T3 normally lowers FT4 results. So, you don't really need more T4. But, we need an FT3 result to make more sense of it all.
