Please could anyone help me understand these results I got back today. I think they suggest I’m overmedicated but I feel the opposite, tired and cold etc.
I have also have vitamins tested but these have not come back today.
I’d appreciate any advise please.

No, you're not overmedicated. Your FT4 and FT3 are well within range at 79% and 63% respectively. The fact that your TSH is low doesn't mean that you are overmedicated, despite the fact that TSH is what most doctors use to decide on dose of Levo.
Your thyroid peroxidase antibodies are raised which suggests autoimmune thyroid disease aka Hashimoto's. Did you know this?
Hashi's tends to cause gut/absorption problems which leads to low nutrient levels and deficiencies. It's essential to test Vit D, B12, Folate and Ferritin and supplement where necessary. Perhaps you can post these results, including reference ranges and units of measurement for Vit D and B12 when you have them.
I suspected I had Hashimoto so mentioned it in my yearly appointment but I didn’t know for sure. I have been asked to arrange a telephone appointment after Christmas to discuss these results, I imagine she may try and reduce my dose based on TSH only! but I just wanted to be better informed before hand.
I had 2 blood tests on Friday, the 2nd one was a full vitamins test but those results must not have come back yet.
Ive been feeling really tired recently and a bit vague so maybe my vitamins are low. I am strict vegetarian and have been for over 40 years, I usually supplement with B12 and iron but purposely didn’t take them for 10 days prior to the test to get a true result
