Was thyroid test done earlier morning, ideally just before 9am, only water to drink between waking and test and last dose levothyroxine 24 hours before test

What vitamin supplements are you currently taking

Yes it was done at 9am. No Levothyroxine taken since morning before and hadn’t eaten or drank anything (I aways do this).

I was taking iron (due to low ferritin on last test) and vitamin d.

I have started taking magnesium and omega 3 but this has been since these bloods last week.

Wondering whether to start a b complex as well? When should I take that if I do?

You normally take levothyroxine in morning? Or bedtime?

Is vitamin D mouth spray or tablets

Tablets best with food, especially high fat food to aid absorption, so usually evening meal. And four hours away from levothyroxine

Mouth spray fine in morning at least an hour away from levothyroxine…..so after breakfast is fine

Iron supplements at least 4 hours away from Levothyroxine and 2 hours from other supplements

Vitamin B complex best taken in morning after breakfast. At least 2 hours after Levo

Magnesium afternoon or evening, four hours away from levothyroxine

I take levo first thing in the morning then wait an hour before breakfast.

I started with mouth tablets then bought the spray. I need to continue with vit d to increase it further don’t I?

I’m not sure if I need to continue taking iron from the GP or not now based on these results?

Based on these results do you recommend starting a B complex?

Not what you're looking for?
