My endo gave me 6 mths worth of 1 grain Armour but I don't seem to be doing well on them and my tsh is at rock bottom. Maybe I need to just have a tiny bit of t3 as my results are borderline on t3 blood tests.

As mentioned in reply to your other post, if you post your results with reference ranges, we may be able to help.

If we take other than levothyroxine, the blood tests will be different as they were introduced along with levo i.e. T4 alone.

NDT contains T4, T3, T2, T1 and calcitonin so rather than going by blood test results, it is 'how the patient 'feels' on a particular dose.

When on NDT, it is usual to start on a small dose and then increase by 1/4 tablet every few weeks until you feel much better and taking notice of your symptoms (and hopeflly relief of). I shall give you a link which will be helpful.

1 grain of NDT is approx 100mcg T4 - in its effect - but we all vary.
