I still think that the thyroid tablets im given are making me feel ill, Levothyroxine, I have MG and the doctor keeps on increasing the level of thyroid tablets, due to see specialist about thyroid. I take my tablets when i wake up and half an hour before food and drink.

There are 3 generic types of Levothyroxine in the UK, Mercury Pharma 25/50/100mcg, Actavis (also known as Almus) 50/100mcg, and Wockhardt 25mcg. Ask your pharmacist for one of the alternative makes next time your prescription is filled. It can make quite a difference.
Your GP is increasing dose because you're undermedicated ie TSH remains high, and if tested, T4 and T3 low. Dose adjustments are in 25mcg increments every 6-8 weeks so it can take time to become optimally dosed. Most people will feel well after TSH is 1.0 or lower with FT4 in the upper quadrant, and FT3 near, or in, the top third of range.

MG is Myasthenia Gravis, have also tried what you suggest but still the same
Have your B12 level checked ? Ferritin ? - Folate ? - VitD ? As others have suggested
