Worried about test results

Tsh 2.85 0.35 - 4.94

T3 free 4.54 2.5 - 4.50

What gives??? I’m scared my doc might reduce my dose.. I have Hashimotos and I take 150 mcg of synthroid I was hoping for a dose increase but the way I see my free t3 I don’t know what’s going to happen! I’m bummed out about this.

i think he will but I don’t know how he would react. I’m confused at how my tsh is not low and my t3 is over range just on t4 medication. Makes no sense to me.
