Here are my 2 recent blood result, in June I was feeling good with those results and lately I feel like my depression is coming back, often feeling exhausted by midday again, my hair is not getting any better since I’ve started thyroid meds. I’m on 100mg T4/ 20mg T3 combo. I had an NHD endo app today and he suggested to wait 3 more months to see how my symptoms are developing cause he is thinking I might be overmedicated. I’m confused now as I thought I was undermedicated as it’s the cold season and we might require a higher dose of meds.

So many people on T3 would find those results too low
Personally I need both at least around 70% through range
On almost any dose of T3 TSH becomes suppressed, so it's important to make sure dose is high enough to meet your daily needs, because your own thyroid is switched right off
Suggest you try a small increase in Levothyroxine. Perhaps up to 112mcg (100mcg and 125mcg alternate days) that should improve FT4 and also improve FT3
Retest in 6-8 weeks
Always get blood test as early as possible in morning and before eating or drinking anything other than water and last dose Levothyroxine 24 hours prior to blood test and last dose T3 8-12 hours prior to blood test
