I just learned that BetterYou offer vitamin D testing via their website, and was having a poke around. I discovered they have a supplementation guide (they say they've developed their tests & recommendations with the NHS), which is really handy:

I get my levels tested with my thyroid panel, but if anyone does want to look at the BetterYou test kits, you can also fine them on the website. They send a free spray if they deem you to need one.
