I have recently been prescribed T3 to add to my levothyroxine. I am on 100 T4 and 20 T3 per day. After 2 months these are my results, do I need an increase in T4 or are they ok? I feel well other than cold hands and feet and some weight gain.
TSH - 0.6 (0.27-4.2)
FREE THYROXINE - 14 (12-22)
FREE T3 - 5.57 (3.1-6.8)
THYROID PEROXIDASE ANTIBODIES - 347 (<31)
FERRITIN - 118 (13-150)
CRP HS - 0.57 (<5)
Thanks in advance

When we are on combination Levo and T3, we all have our own individual place where our hormone levels suit us best, and we have to find that level ourselves by experimenting, tweaking meds and recognising the best place for us.
I am on Levo and T3 and it took me many, many months (probably a couple of years) of tweaking doses to find what suits me best. I can't function with FT4 as low as yours, I need both FT4 and FT3 fairly well balanced in the upper part of their ranges, but someone else would be absolutely fine with your levels. So really, only you can answer your question.
If you have cold hands and weight gain, it sounds as though you are still a bit hypothyroid so a dose increase might be needed. Maybe start with a small increase in your Levo, personally I'd go for 12.5mcg, and see how you feel in 6 weeks' time, maybe retest to see what your levels are like, then reassess.
