The FDA in the USA has a potentially useful tablet identifier tool.
I have been aware of such tools for a long time but all too many appear to have some sort of restriction on access. (Which seems particularly unacceptable as identification can be an emergency requirement. And we don't always have someone who does have access available to look up for us.)
You can search, for example, for all yellow levothyroxine tablets.
Within its intended range of use, USA pharmaceutical products, it appears to be pretty good and simple.
