What was your vitamin D result?

As you have Hashimoto's Better You vitamin D mouth spray is good as avoids poor gut function of Hashimoto's

It's trial and error what dose each person needs. Frequently with Hashimoto's we need higher dose than average

I can’t remember my last vit d result but it was good so I’m on a maintenance dose. What brand of spray would you recommend? Do you take the k2 separately in tablet form?

Most popular/widely available mouth spray is by Better You. They do 1000iu spray or 3000iu spray

Perhaps try 1000iu spray.

They do one that includes vitamin K2

I like liquid Vitamin D3 plus K2 in peppermint oil. There are several brands available on amazon. You can easily control dosage by the amount of drops you take.
