Flu/influenza vaccine and hashi/ and TTC

Is it okay to have an influenza vaccine while one has hashimoto and/or pregnant or planning for pregnancy ?

You will not get a clear answer .Most have no problems with a flu vaccine ,some do for very short term i.e. a day or so and some for a week or so .A very very small number have allegedly been badly affected.

I had it on Saturday and for first time ever absolutely no side effects and that been since 2002. Not even a sore arm!

It has to be your own personal decision, so have a read around ~ if you're asking for opinions, then I wouldn't, especially in your position. I have read that optimal vitamin D has been proven to be more effective than the flu jab anyway...
