Just made my first gluten free loaf. Tastes really good.

Made with coconut flour, almond meal, 6 eggs, pumpkin and sunflower seeds, Linseed, almonds, honey, cider vinegar, baking powder and coconut oil.

Thanks for sharing. Off to get the ingredients in a bit! Where do you get coconut flower and coconut oil? Health food shop?

I bought the coconut flour in my local health shop and I just melted the tub of coconut oil I had in my cupboard. I used more of the oil than they suggest as I thought the batter needed to be more moist and it worked !

I made it! I won’t add the salt next time as I prefer it sweet. I reckon more coconut oil like you suggest as I really like the coconut flavour. Maybe more coconut flour too?! I found coconut flour in Tesco believe it or not. It smells lovely so will be making pancakes with it too! Do you have Anymore breads?

I didn’t think of having g with soup but I’m sure it would be lovely. I’m just eating it as it is because it’s so delicious and tasty.

No, it's too dense to be desert but you could play around with the recipe to make a desert if you wanted to.
