Chilaiditi syndrome, right sided pain

Can anyone help! I'm in the uk and I am sure I have chilaiditi syndrome but the drs wont recognise it. My colon is above my liver, my diaphragm is elevated and I am in constant right sided pain.

Everything appears normal on that report.

So the hepatic flexure between the liver and diaphragm is normal?
