I wonder if people with Hashimotos generally feel consistent day to day? Or do your symptoms fluctuate quite noticeably on some days? Obviously we'd expect there to be some variation generally but this feels really noticeable today. I'm currently hypo and am increasing meds with GP and definitely generally feeling the improvement, but today, WHAM! hit by the exhaustion sledgehammer
Any thoughts - is it possible we can feel the effects of our thyroid's varying output that immediately? (I had assumed not). Just curious really.
I wondered this today myself! Some days I will have a spell of almost feeling normal and human. Other days I feel like complete death! I’m under active and correctly dosed according to normal Drs. Have found from being on here that my T3 is low which could be why i feel poorly. It is always there though to some degree, the feeling of being unwell.
Hi I bounce around like a yo yo. 2-3 days I’ll be fine but then bang. I always seem to feel worse in the mornings. Problem is there are too many variables, diet, stress, adrenal, drugs level and type, conversion problems etc etc.
