Lab tests, how to take NP and T3 before test? I take 60 milligrams of NP thyroid and 25 micrograms of T3 at 9 in the morning. Should I take it the night before at 9 pm and then not in the morning before the test?

When taking NDT/T3 the last dose should be 8-12 hours before the blood draw, adjusting timing the day before if necessary. Don't take 2 days doses on one day, as in your normal 9am dose and bring forward the next day's 9am dose to 9pm the same day. I normally take Levo plus T3 in one dose early morning, but on the day before the blood draw I split my T3 dose, so that half is taken 8-12 hours before blood draw the next day. You could split the dose and take half at 9am and half at 9pm.

Thank you. I will take half the T3 only at 9 pm.😉

As mentioned in first response:

I would split both NDT and T3 as they both contain T3, and take half of both in the morning and half at night.
