For years now I've been taking my daily 75mcg/mg (whichever) t3 first thing in the morning. I've never been a morning person but I seem to feel worse and worse each day. I find that about 45 mins after I take my t3 I feel okish. Would it work if I took my t3 at bedtime do you think or would they keep me awake all night?

When is it best to take T3
The best time to take your thyroid meds is when works best for you. I take both my T4 and T3 together at night, have done for 10 or 11 years. It has never caused sleep issues and it means I don't have to worry about interaction with the other meds and supplements I take during the day.
I agree with MaisieGray that the best time to take it is when it works best for you and you can only discover this by trial and error. For me this is in three doses per day.

When did you last test vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12?
For full Thyroid evaluation you need TSH, FT4 and FT3 plus both TPO and TG thyroid antibodies tested. Also very important to regularly retest vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12
Low vitamin levels are extremely common, especially if Thyroid antibodies are raised
Recommended on here that all thyroid blood tests should ideally be done as early as possible in morning and fasting. This gives highest TSH, lowest FT4 and most consistent results. (Patient to patient tip, best not mentioned to GP or phlebotomist)
When on T3, make sure to take last dose 8-12 hours prior to test, even if this means adjusting time or splitting of dose day before test
Is this how you do your tests?
Private tests are available. Thousands on here forced to do this as NHS often refuses to test FT3 or antibodies or all vitamins
