Hashimotos & the Menopause

My friend is a year younger than me going through the menopause and a lot of her symptoms I could easily confuse with hashimotos.

How do you distinguish your symptoms from the menopause as you hit that time in your life? And how have you got on managing both? Thanks 🙏🏼
