I would really appreciate some help with interpreting my results of a cortisol test. I have hashiomotos and low levels of T3. Not on treatment yet but I keep reading how important it is to have optimal cortisol levels. I'd appreciate any feedback please.

Please could I have some help with understanding cortisol test results
These are optimal levels for a cortisol saliva test, according to web.archive.org/web/2018083... are:
• Morning at the top of the range - yours is 86% through the range so pretty good.
• Noon approximately 75% of the range - yours is 30% through range so rather low
For the following two results the ranges are pretty useless because they start at zero, and if anyone really did have a level of zero I doubt they'd actually be walking about, so it's unsure if the results are useful:
• Evening close to 50% of the range - yours appears to be 79% through the range so too high
• Nighttime at the bottom of the range - there is no actual result. Just saying <1.5 means it could be anywhere between zero and 1.4. If it was 1.4 it would be too high, if it was nearer zero it would be where it needs to be. So a totally useless result I'm afraid.
And there is no DHEA test because Blue Horizon and Medichecks don't include it and it's important to test both cortisol and DHEA. Much better tests are available from Regenerus and Genova Diagnositics at a very similar price.
