Probably not. In Spain T3 isn't commonly available and probably needs a specialist prescription. Most pharmacists will say it's not available in Spain. Levothyroxine is widely available without prescription.

Unfortunately for many who took NDT, then it was decided by the 'Authorities' to withdraw it due to making False Statements about a thyroid hormone replacement in use since 1892 and from then on people did not die an horrific death.
What some organisations do in order to withdraw a product which relieved people's disabling symptoms.
There was no need for blood tests back then and people's health was restored and symptoms relieved.
