Having digestion problems need to supplement but fillers etc make me I'll. Help!

Hi Can anyone advise me? I have Hashi's and not on meds. I have had virus that has affected my stomach so not eating a lot. I take Vitamin D spray and sometimes Jarrow B12 sublingual. My Doctors surgery is now 'under New management 'so I am awaiting a blood test... Folate was low , around 4 I think, a year ago. I have had trouble with tablets , anxiety and nausea, would Biocare Liquid Methylated B complex be an option? What can I take to assist digestion? Thankyou.Hope that made sense I am extremely tired at present.

I take digestive enzymes when I eat some types of food that I know I don't digest as well as I'd like to. I also am never without Slippery Elm powder in my home and even keep Slippery Elm in my purse ,its invaluable when it comes to anything to do with stomach or colon in soothes it instantly for me . You might like to look the up.

Ossuryak Thank you Completely forgot about Slippery Elm. My Dad used to have it for stomach ulcers. I will get some !

It may sound weird but I use medicinal charcoal tablets, J.L. Bragg brand.

Thankyou, no it doesnt sound odd, animals have charcoal when their tummies are upset . Im open to anything ! I think I need to find the right supplements as well. I am intolerant to everything it seems.
