Appt for Endo

I have just had a phone call from my local hospital to say that I can see an Endo in November when they originally said there was no point as they won’t prescribe t3. I need to go armed with questions to asked so if anybody needs to know something and they live in the surrey area then message me if you prefer and I will ask them the questions.

Between now and then work hard on getting all four vitamins optimal

Vitamin D at least around 80nmol and around 100nmol may be better

Serum B12 at least over 500

Active B12 at least over 70

Folate at least over 10

Ferritin at least half way in range

Get GP to test these if not been done
