New to site - Diagnosed very low Progesterone -undiagnosed Thyroid issues

Hi all, wondering if anyone can point me in the direction of good quality private testing or a doctor.

A few years back I went to a clinic in London and a few private doctors where I had the testing done for thyroid function, hyperactive and underactive apparently they did the "full T3" and all of the tests I've read about on this site. Unfortunately they left me withou answers. My doctor in the UK where I live isn't interested and doesn't think my issues are related to my thyroid or hormones.

I am 24.

I have abormal hair growth, aching bones, tiredness, a pain in my throat and a lot of weight gain. I find it hard to shift weight, I have very low progesterone and no periods.

It's literally driving me crazy not knowing what to do or where to turn..

I would appreciate any help.

Have you ever looked at Cushing's disease/syndrome? Your symptoms of weight gain & abnormal hair growth could point towards that, is your weight gain mainly on your tummy? Especially if you have high progesterone, have you had investigations for a pituitary lesion?
