How do I treat Hashimotos? My antibodies have dropped from 280 in 2 years by taking LDN but I’m still very sick. My GP refuses to even look at my test results and my naturopath just put me on Nutri Thyroid. Private GP wants me on Meatvive and Adrenavive. I have M.E and am feeling overwhelmed as brain fog is immense. I am 80% bedridden. Can anybody help me with where to go next please?

Overwhelmed! Treating Hashimotos?
I am sorry to hear you are bedridden most of the time I have days like that when it is too much effort to even get dressed. Today I forced myself to drive to a hairdressers appointment and I am now exhausted so I will probably be in bed by 9pm. Hopefully someone will be along shortly to advise you what you can do to improve your health.
You don't treat Hashi's. There is no treatment for Hashi's. What one treats is the resulting hypothyroidism. Are you taking thyroid hormone? Levo, NDT, T3? Because at the moment, your levels don't look too bad. Does the LDN not make you feel any better?
It doesn't mean anything that your antibodies have decreased. The antibodies are not the problem, and fluctuate all the time, anyway. But, having Hashi's can cause your nutrients to be low, and that can cause a lot of symptoms. Have you had your vit D, vit B12, folate and ferritin tested? If not, that would be the next thing to do.
I would block out your date of birth and name if I was you.
