Anybody understand my latest result. Does this mean I should be taking more Levothyroxine or less? I am on holiday so not able to see a doctor re this result.

TSH was all that was tested? It's too high, should be down around 1 or under when on thyroid hormone replacement. So, you need more levo - and increase of 25 mcg. Don't let yourself be fobbed off with 12.5! And, next blood test - in six weeks time - insist you want the Free T4 and Free T3 tested. :)

It means you are not taking enough thyroxine. But really testing TSH is not enough, You should have free T4 and free T3 tested as well, as those are the actual thyroid hormones. NHS guidelines say that TSH should be under 2 when on levo.
