Hypothyroidism.
But don't you already have a diagnosis and are prescribed Levo?

Yes already on 150mg of levo. Went to gp to chat about T3. But he wanted a test doing first.

Just testing TSH isn't going to indicate to your GP whether or not you need T3. Were FT4 and FT3 tested at the same time as TSH?
A TSH result of 6.13 indicates undermedication. That's a very high TSH for someone on 150mcg Levo.
Could you possibly have an absorption problem?
Do you have Hashimoto's?
What are your current levels of
Vit D
B12
Folate
Ferritin
Is hashimoto's possible with no thyroid. I know my iron isn't great and I've started having b12 injections. No idea on the rest.maybe I should go medichecks again for full tesr

I'm not a Hashi's expert as I don't have it so can't answer that.
So your B12 must have been very low to be having injections, you know your iron isn't great - what exactly is it? Thyroid hormone needs ferritin to be at least 70 for it to work properly.
Yes, maybe get an up to date Medichecks ULTRAVIT test.
Remember to do the test no later than 9am, leave off Levo for 24 hours, fast overnight and drink water only until after doing the test. If you take a B Complex or Biotin then stop that for a week before the test.
