The only remedy is thyroid hormone tablets. Homeopathy will do nothing to help except as maybe a temporary placebo effect which won't last.
I doubt that acupuncture has any positive effects either. All it seemed to do for me was to worsen my symptoms and within a week was taken is as emergency for a partial thyroidectomy for a goitre.
Hello again Koola,
Just to say, would your endocrinologist consider adjusting your medication to a combination of T3 and T4, as I read many people do better than on just T4 - Levothyroxine,
Since you have had RAI your ability to convert T4 into T3 will be compromised and this would be the first logical step to take to try and improve your overall health and well being, once your vitamins and minerals are optimal, as detailed on this website.
For nausea and headaches, you might well find that homeopathic remedies work - they work on all sorts of things esp on animals. But no homeopathic remedy can replace thyroid hormones, so you need to take replacement hormones
