No experience but any studies done on it that I know of combined it with levothyroxine.
I've had good results with several homeopathic meds for me and animals (even though apparently there is no way known to science that they can actually work), but no experience of thyroid treatment. I would be wary of stopping hormones.
Many years ago, I checked out what was then being said by the homoeopathy establishment in the UK regarding thyroid disorders.
Everything I read said (more or less), homoeopathic formulations might help is some ways but they simply do not and cannot replace thyroid hormone (e.g. levothyroxine or liothyronine tablets).
Although I am utterly unconvinced by homoeopathy, if it has any impact at all it must be by influencing how things happen in our bodies. It cannot supply substances itself.
For example, if you are iron-deficient, homoeopathy will not supply the required iron. If you are B12-deficient, homoeopathy will not supply the required B12.
But it is at least possible to imagine that could affect the rate at which serotonin is made - or destroyed.
I have tried it, but it didn't help one little bit, I'm afraid.
Thank you all for sharing your experiences and wisdom.
I am abandoning looking any further into it.

Surely you know that Drs are meant to be highly moral and ethical.
Wouldn't it be wrong to mislead about a potential effective mode of treatment?
Hmmn just looked him up. Doesn't actually appear to be a doctor himself. Came up through the admin and business route. So maybe he is not the most qualified to talk of best medical practice anyway.
How do people get into these positions of influence.
Oh yes, you mentioned that earlier.
