Both of these seem to associated with hypothyroidism in some way as I've had both. The hands could suffering from Carpal Tunnel Syndrome,for this I had a simple operation on both wrists to relieve pressure. Only a slight possibility with the feet, with me it was, and still is, the residual effects of gout, probably caused by weight issues by taking the levothyroxine when I really needed NDT.
Perhaps others can offer more plausible answers for you.
