I’ve been getting internal fizzing, in my arms and legs, particularly now in the evening 5/6pm when I’m feeling very tired. I can’t feel restful because it’s like an internal buzz in my body. Is that an undermedicated thyroid symptom or adrenal? Can anyone relate?
Thanks

I can relate! I have this constant 'buzzing' in my muscles, most obvious in my legs and when I'm tired. I can get it to go sometimes, but I'm not sure which vitamin it is that stops it, I think one of the B's. Sorry I can't be more help!
Yes, I have the internal buzzing feeling when I wake in the mornings sometimes. It seems to come a go. It frightened me at first, but I’ve come to terms with the fact it just may be Hoshimotos related. It may be adrenals or blood sugar.
I know this is an old post, but this has been happening to me as of late as well. I ha e hashimotos but my sympyoms never fully resolved after two years. For the past few weeks I have had increasing nerve sensations and muscle twitches and a kind of buzzing feeling in my arms and legs. Did goh ever find out what it was?
