Had my own blood done which came back with a few issues, my own doctor decided to re test my thyroid but totally ignored my own blood test , his results came back normal , so I am to stay on 100 levothyroxine
The tests I had done were 2 weeks previous, and show issues with my liver
ALT. 89.1
GGT. 62
And ferritin levels , plus high thyroid level
My doctor did not check any of these issues
What should I do now , I am not convinced that I’m stable , my hair is still falling out , still issues with energy levels , skin , nails, lack of sleep. Weight gain .Would appreciate some advice
Thank you

By 'stable', do you mean optimal? Just being stable on levo is not much use, because you can be stable at any level, but if your FT3 is too low, and you have hypo symptoms, you won't be optimal.
Have you ever had your antibodies tested? Do you have Hashi's?
Your FT4 is very high, but your FT3 is not too high ate all, so you obviously have a conversion problem. Have you thought about trying T3?
According to my doctor I am on the right dosage , my concern is the issues that are flagged up on my private blood tests , the liver issue and high ferritin levels plus the indication that my thyroid is now to high , how can my doctor do blood tests within a few days of these results and yet the doctors results say My thyroid is within range .
I would have also thought he would have done the check on my liver , ferritin to see if he got the same results.
By that you mean just TSH? If so, he has absolutely no idea if you're on the right dose.
But, your 'thyroid' is not too high. Your FT4 is too high. But that is either because you have conversion problems or you have Hashi's. You really need your antibodies tested to find out.
Did you ask your doctor to test the liver? He would have no idea about the ferritin, anyway. They don't 'do' it in med school.
Ft4 is high because you incorrectly took levothyroxine before blood test
Testing as early as possible in morning before eating or drinking anything other than water and last dose levothyroxine 24 hours before blood test gives highest TSH and lowest Ft4
