As mentioned in reply to your previous post on the forum, to be able to interpret your results properly it would help if you tell us if you are taking any thyroid meds and supplements. Interpretation will be very different depending on whether you have a diagnosis of a thyroid condition and are taking any replacement hormone.

Hi SS , not taking anything at all for any thyroid conditions. Have Fibro, A.S & a arthritis called acute seron negative. I'm on Benepali for the AS, methotrexate for the arthritis.

There are some potentially serious side effects of both those drugs, could that be linked somehow?

What about your thyroid antibodies - what are those results as the patient information leaflet says "Treatment with Benepali may result in the formation of autoimmune antibodies."

As for those thyroid results, in a "normal healthy person" one might expect to see TSH no higher than 2-ish with FT4 and FT3 possibly mid-range or higher. Your FT3 is on the lowish side compared with your FT4, but to all intents and purposes your results are euthyroid (normal).

Can you add your results and reference ranges for

Vit D

B12

Folate

Ferritin

so that we can see if there are any potential problems with those levels.

ferittin 9.85

Folate serum 19.8

B12 121

CRP HS 1.08

Dear Susie

Hope that makes sense
