Does anyone else get a weird hot tingle sensation in their throat around thyroid/adam's apple when they do too much?

Hi i havent experienced the hot part of it but deffo experienced the tingle (sometimes its like a fizzing sensation). I havent connected it with anything yet though...
I wondered if mine was from doing too much, but it then goes after half an hours rest. Partner said it could be pollen having more of an irritating effect- which would explain today but perhaps not all times.
Its very strange. I just wondered if it was common and if anyone had been able to link it to a cause.
what med are you on? I definitely feel a difference with different doses
125mcg generic levo. I've been on this for over a year and feeling mostly ok on it, bar a few odd days of muscle and joint pain. This weird sensation is something that seems to reoccur with no clear cause.
Do you always get exactly same brand of Levothyroxine?
Many people find Levothyroxine brands are not interchangeable.
Once you find a brand that suits you, best to make sure to only get that one at each prescription. Watch out for brand change when dose is increased or at repeat prescription.
Many patients do NOT get on well with Teva brand of Levothyroxine. Though it is the only one for lactose intolerant patients. Teva is the only brand that makes 75mcg tablet.
When were folate, ferritin, B12 and vitamin D last tested
See you recently had low vitamin D and dose reduction in Levothyroxine
Likely to need ongoing maintenance dose of vitamin D
What vitamin supplements do you currently take?
Suggest you get FULL Thyroid and vitamin testing
Also are you on strictly gluten free diet
For full Thyroid evaluation you need TSH, FT4 and FT3 plus both TPO and TG thyroid antibodies tested. Also extremely important to test vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12
Low vitamin levels are extremely common, especially if Thyroid antibodies are raised
Recommended on here that all thyroid blood tests should ideally be done as early as possible in morning and fasting. This gives highest TSH, lowest FT4 and most consistent results. (Patient to patient tip, best not mentioned to GP or phlebotomist)
Last Levothyroxine dose should be 24 hours prior to test, (taking delayed dose immediately after blood draw).
Private tests are available. Thousands on here forced to do this as NHS often refuses to test FT3 or antibodies or all vitamins

Medichecks Thyroid plus ultra vitamin or Blue Horizon Thyroid plus eleven are the most popular choice. DIY finger prick test or option to pay extra for private blood draw. Both companies often have special offers, Medichecks usually have offers on Thursdays, Blue Horizon its more random
