Hot tingly fingers and toes since starting T3??

Is this because of not yet being on the right dose or what it's weird never experienced it before...

Is there something within the T3 that's annoying you and you are sensitive to?

Try taking one antihistamine tablet one hour before your next dose and if you don't have a reaction, there's something in the fillers/binders that are affecting you and may have to switch to another make. I'm aware that is not easy to do with T3.

Thanks I'm not sure if I'm sensitive to something in it, it doesn't seem to be that kind of reaction...

How's your B12? Do you have any deficiency symptoms?

I had dreadful paresthesis nightly for years starting around 8pm. Itchy wool sock feeling, that developed into burning itchy wool socks & gloves. I was supposed to be an FM symptom (#doctorsare****heads) but reduced in severity when I started using methylcobalamin sublinguals. I can't remember it happening since I started injecting hydroxocobalamin.

I had very hot feet, and tingling and numbness in fingers and toes for several years after starting Levo, which carried on after adding T3, and then eventually switching to NDT.

It finally eased a while ago, although I don’t know when. I just suddenly realised it had gone one day and actually love having colder feet now after years of feeling as if they were gonna explode ! 😳

At the time, I wondered about VitB12 deficiency although active tests showed good results. Now I put it down to the time it takes adequate levels of thyroid hormone to relocate and reactivate all those receptors on our extremities that may have been deprived and lost sensitivity and proper use of thyroid hormone after years and years of being too low.

Hi, thanks for your reply, this explanation would make more sense of it.. it doesn't happen all the time it's on and off thoufh has been more or less everyday alately, but only for about an hour a day, it's not uncomfortable or painful it's just weird, it feels like when u have been out in the snow then come back in the warmth and your fingers and toes are just getting back to normal...

My serum B12 was about 1000 but not sure about my active B12..

I never had it on levo alone so maybe it is the T3 circulating my cells...
