CBD-oil really help for anxiety?

you could share your experience, anyone takes this and in what amount? I saw that there are several strengths(5%,10%,15%,....).

I seem to be in the minority of people who can't tolerate CBD.

I tried the cheap stuff from Holland & Barret which gave me blinding, can't lift my head off the pillow headaches. I tried again a month later, just in case, but experienced the same reaction. A friend sent me some expensive CBD oil from Spain, that worked miracles for her mother. Whilst that was less severe, by drop 3, I had another bad headache.
