I toss and turn all night and as soon as I take one of my Armour thyroid pills in the morning at 4:15 I fall to sleep with no tossing or turning for 2-4 hours.

Experiment. Some members take their thyroid meds at night and find it suits them better. There are no rules for thyroid meds, other than take on an empty stomach with water only for one hour each side. Give it a go and see what happens.
A lot of people find they sleep better if they take their thyroid hormone at night. But, you won't know unless you try it. It's all trial and error, and one size definitely doesn't fit all, so why not try it and see how it goes? You can always change back again if it doesn't suit you.
Many of us take thyroid meds at night, and there is some research that people can actually do better with night time dosing. I've been doing so for 11 years without a problem, whether it has been mono-T4, combo T4+T3, or NDT. If you already have the experience of falling asleep immediately you take your meds in the small hours, and aren't sleeping well in the preceding period, it sounds likely that you could do well by taking it when you go to bed; but as with everything else, only by trying it, can you know how it works for you.
Thanks everyone. Some quick questions. I take my second Armour Thyroid at (10am) and I also take cymbalta for chronic pain and a stomach pill and Estridol during the day (2pm and 4pm) roughly but I also take 2 Magnesium pills a couple of hours before bed (10pm).
I don't think I will have issues with cymbalta or stomach pill/Estridol but when should I take the magnesium and the Armour considering it has the t3?
If you want to continue with magnesium tablets, then there should be 4 hours between magnesium and thyroid meds. It might be better to try BadHare's suggestion, if ou don't want to make transdermal magnesium you can buy magnesium oil or cream.
Sleeping problems can result from being hyper/hypo . Lab results can be very helpful here . You would want to run labs with FT3 FT4 TSH . Some dose with all their T3 dose PM have no problems and sleep great . There are some who are more sensitive to T3 dosing high/low dose and can cause insomnia . Some dose with a minute dose of T3/NDT and find that they get deep refreshed sleep too . It's very individual .
