Poor T3 result is this normal ?

After my recent visit to my Endo he has increased my Thyroxine back up 100 (he had reduced it to 75 on starting T3 ) and I’m going to stay on 12.5 T3 split twice a day for 6 weeks . I’m already feeling a lot better. But I’ve just got my blood results that were taken last Sunday when I saw him, and my T4 had dropped from 21 to 14 but my T3 has stayed exactly the same at 4.7 is that normal exactly the same result as when I was on 100 thyroxine only ? Only been 5 weeks since my last bloods, but I expected to see some improvement as I was taking at one point 25mcg only for a few days as I felt terrible then reduced back to 18.75 then back to 12.5. ) I’m going to be patient, but should T3 levels have raised, and do you have to keep raising your T4 ? and will my T4 go back up to where it was ?. I followed advice from here re bloods and fasted . Thank you 😊

You should see FT3 rise slowly as well as FT4 after Levothyroxine has been increased back to 100mcg

Getting FULL Thyroid and vitamin testing 6-8 weeks after each increase

We should ONLY increase one at a time. So increasing Levothyroxine is first step

My Levothyroxine was reduced from 125mcg to 100mcg when T3 added. Like you I needed Levothyroxine increased back up a few weeks after. It increased FT4 and FT3.

Thank you so much I was just just surprised , hopefully I will see an increase in my next bloods on 6 weeks .
