Hey guys, just have my blood results back, I’m on 100mg Levo + 2x10mg Liothyronine, again I feel good in general maybe a bit tired/lazy lately but not sure if this is because of this constant rain in UK or it’s because of my hormone levels😏 last time T4 was 15.2 [12-22] and this time it’s 13.8 [12-22] what could effect this? Thank you

Did you take your tests at the same time? Did you leave the same time gap between last dose of Levo and blood draw? It's recommended to have last dose of Levo 24 hours before blood draw and T3 8-12 hours before blood draw.
When taking T3 it tends to lower FT4 so it's no surprise your level is low in range.
If you left the correct time gaps there is room for your FT3 to increase and some of us need FT4 higher in range when on combination Levo plus T3, we just have to tweak doses until we find what's right for us.
Yes the gaps after the last dosage are as you mentioned and test done early in the morning. I’m seeing NHS endo on Mon so will be interesting what he/she will suggest

If at next test, FT4 has continued to drop, you might want to consider tiny dose increase in Levothyroxine. Perhaps just adding 25mcg once or twice a week
