Without telling us how you feel, it's hard to answer your question.
Do you have any signs/symptoms of hypothyroidism:

With a TSH of 4.72, which is over range, in another country you would have been diagnosed with hypothyroidism when it reached 3. In the UK we have to wait until it reaches 10, unless we have positive thyroid antibodies and then with an over range TSH, normal FT4 and postive antibodies an enlightened doctor would start treatment.
For a full picture you need:
TSH
FT4
FT3
Thyroid antibodies
and because low nutrient levels or deficiencies can cause symptoms similar to hypothyroidism then we also need to test
Vit D
B12
Folate
Ferritin
