I assume the tinnitus started after the NDT daily dose was lowered. My Tinnitus just started out of blue one day about 18 months ago, my NDT wasn't varied at the time. Interestingly , if I dont take it for a day the Tinnitus is reduced. Also for 30-60 minutes after taking NDT it gets really bad. I dont really know but I assumed it was either blood pressure increase as the surge of T3 hits the system or the dilation of the arteries that also happens when you take NDT. You should experiment by adding the 1/4 grain back in for a few weeks.

Can’t do that t3 went over range and wasn’t very pleasant. I usually get tinnitus on dose increase just a bit odd

What happens for you when you go over range ? Me - so long as I don't completely blow it. The first symptoms are my hair begins to feel like it's standing on end, feet go a little numb, temp goes up a little, airways dilate, and obviously if I keep going I get increased heart beat and no sleep etc. I like to sit just under the mild symptoms dosage, love the dilated airways helps heaps in the pool and with running.

Tinnitus is often linked to low B12

Has this been tested...plus vitamin D, folate and Ferritin

Worth posting some results as it's advised to have optimal results, your 'good' may be short of optimal.

Folate 20, b12 533 (200-910), iron 29, ferritin 112 (10-200), Vit D 116 (50-200)

Hi did you see my vitamin results? Could be 12 be higher?

It's higher than mine at the moment but I have seen numbers for thyroid people at 125. We are in the summer months now but I would aim getting it higher and retesting before winter sets in and then take it again at the end of the winter to see if those reading still show good.

When you say heart palps. Racing heart beat or booming heart beat ? Fast is Hyper and booming is hypo for me.
