Have you tried taking magnesium suplements, bath soaks or transdermal skin spray?
It might help you feel better, Opt for chelated magnesium or magnesium bisglycinate, which is the most bioavalable in tablet form. If you choose to use bath salts, opt for magnesium chloride hexahydrate crystals, & use at least 400g, or 500g of epsom salts, & soak for a minimum 20 minutes. The skin sprays are expensive but it's easy to make with the aforementioned Mg crystals using about 200g to 250mls of boiled water. I make it with witch hazel & use a weaker dilutuin as it stings my sensitive skin, though it's ok to shower off after 20-30 minutes as it's absorbed by then.
Make sure you're getting enough of all the other micronutrient cofactors we need to enable our thyroid hormones & bodies to work better, too.
How much Levothyroxine are you currently taking and how long at this dose?
When were levels last tested?
Low vitamin levels are extremely common. Low vitamin D can cause leg pain
For full Thyroid evaluation you need TSH, FT4 and FT3 plus both TPO and TG thyroid antibodies tested. Also extremely important to test vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12
Low vitamin levels are extremely common, especially if Thyroid antibodies are raised
Recommended on here that all thyroid blood tests should ideally be done as early as possible in morning and fasting. Last Levothyroxine dose should be 24 hours prior to test, (taking delayed dose immediately after blood draw). This gives highest TSH, lowest FT4 and most consistent results. (Patient to patient tip, best not mentioned to GP or phlebotomist)
I am not on hormons. Only tsh level is high, 6,1. The others one are okey. I have low D vitamin but i am already taking supplements for this.
B12 levels and the other for blood cells are okey aswell.
In a post a month ago you said you had started on Levothyroxine
If your TSH is that high you are hypothyroid
Do you also have high thyroid antibodies? Have you had TPO and TG thyroid antibodies tested?
How low was vitamin D? How much vitamin D were you prescribed and have levels been retested?
B12 and folate need to be near top of range
Ferritin at least half way in range

Yes. I took 12 days i felt worse than ever. I stopped. Change the doc. And took adrenal supplements until now. Now I took again the TSH levels, and are slowly 6,1 in march were 6,7. On monday i have an appoitment to my doc.
Vit d was 15. I take 2000 units everyday. That is maximum dose prescribed in my country.
I do not know if i am gluten intoleranced.. i did not experience problems with my stomach after eating.
I am afraid of having lupus with all of joint and muscle pain. But i do not have rashes or swollen/red joints..
I feel like i am having these since this week.. and since sunday i stayed only in bed.. i do not know if these are from lack of activity as well...
Oanav, 6.1 is a substantial TSH. You almost certainly have a thyroid problem. I suspect your other thyroid hormone tests aren't okay, but your doctor just doesn't know how to interpret them
This TSH is probably also above the reference range, but your doctor may be waiting for it to reach 10 before they diagnose you. This is a cruel practice, and many people will be sick for years if not decades before that point.
All you can do is try to find a doctor who will treat you. Probably you need to educate yourself on thyroid illness, familiarise yourself with guidelines, and make a case to your doctor to trial you on thyroid hormones.
I tested also ft3,ft4, antibodies twice. On different months and they were good. I do not think that my doctor does not know how to intepretate them. I went to 4 doctors, the first one said i have nothing and gave me calcium and vit D, the other one told me to take hormons and gave me for 6 months hormons, the other one said to me to go to a psyhiatrist and the last one was the one i choosed o stay at.
I am not worse than last month, or march when i did my tests. I tried hormons to take, i felt so bad.
I am gonna continue doing my therapy for anxiety and taking one more month the adrenal supplements and then in july retest.
