Just started taking these a couple of days ago to help with menopause insomnia and anecdotal evidence is suggesting it’s good for hypothyroidism but then as always there’s a couple saying proceed with caution. Anyone on here had experience?

Anyone used Maca supplements?
I took maca for several months but didn't notice any difference.I am post-menopausal & oestrogen-dominant.Yes,mixed messages on the net!
I went back to natural progesterone cream.Without it,my fibroids swell up & affect my bladder, even though I am 69!Mixed messages on progesterone cream,as well!
One thing I question:-like chlorella & spirulina, maca is eaten as a food in the country of origin. How can a few capsules have the kind of effect being promoted?
I think there’s a lot to be found in nature in terms of curing illness and a heck of a lot more to discover
I agree!I have a great book on Adaptogens, written by 2 experts.Really interesting.Am returning to herbs & adaptogens after years testing out homoeopathy. Thanks to the net,I can now try a much wider range of herbs & adaptogens, some of which are not well-known in the west.My latest is Derris Scandens from Thailand. My husband cannot take NSAIDs.I'm hoping they will help his knees & back.
I'm taking adaptogens for adrenal support & trying out Moringa too.
