Hi, I haven't tried it, but I'm interested in natural remedies that may help, so I'll look it up. Let us know if it has any beneficial effect if you decide to try it.

I have just read that anyone with thyroid problems should not use it and it also would bring on goiters. It is one of the side effects. I was ready to give it a go because it sounded amazing, until I read the side effects.

I used to use it for menopause symptoms but it didn't help all that much. It tastes nice, so I still have it occasionally. I didn't get a goitre, but I wasn't hyper and probably not iodine deficient either. I think you'd have to take a lot to experience most of the side effects.

Got the powder today and mixed some with coconut oil and honey to make a delicious paste, to have on rice cakes! Tastes good if nothing else....
