I hope you get it sorted.

I realise now that you're on a phone as the smileys show up completely different on a PC than they do on a phone or tablet. I don't do iphones, brain wouldn't be able to cope

How bizarre, I tagged you using the App, no problem. But my iphone is a 4s so fairly old chronologically, and in the dark ages technologically, so perhaps that somehow makes a difference. But I'm glad you got there in the end!

I am baffled then MaisieGray ( am I over using it now lol) mines only an old iPhone 6 but it really doesn’t work.
