How to up dose of t4 / t3

Hello ..

So it’s been two months since I’m taking

Levo 25 mcg and cytomel 5 mcg

Symptoms haven’t completely gone , still suffering with my weight and brain fog is becoming worse I feel I can’t function well

How can I up the dose ?

Have you retested your levels? Post new levels (with reference ranges) and we can suggest how you may tweak your doses.
