Looking at NDT and asking what people’s thoughts are on Armour, Naturethroid, NP Thyroid and others? Is there a problem or something with Naturethroid at the moment. Also if buying the costs please. 🙂

One thing to consider is the question of what inactive ingredients are included in each type of NDT. I am allergic to lactose which severely restricts the options (I am taking NP Thyroid). Armour contains Titanium Dioxide, which you may not feel comfortable taking (I believe it has been banned in Germany, and France is looking at banning it).

Costs vary from pharmacy to pharmacy. It's worth phoning around.

Just seen an item that says that France has put off banning Titanium Dioxide.

As for the others, we're all individual and what suits one may not suit another. As JumpJiving mentions, all tablets have excipients and people can react to them.
