Latest results on 100t4+20 T3 was

Tsh 0.01

Ft35.3(3.6-6.3)

Ft4(12-22)

After this I increased T3 by 5mcg to 25. Now a week later I'm not feeling better. Very tired and feeling cold a lot. Can I increase another 5 to 30? Or is it better to wait another week or have new tests before increasing further?

My ferritin was 48 so I'm taking iron pills.

There is no FT4 result there, only a range.

No, it's too soon. Normally one would wait 2 weeks after a T3 dose increase before considering further. But once you get up to 20/25mcg it's best to slow down and wait 6 weeks after a dose increase to see how levels have stabilised. I find I need 6-8 weeks even when changing dose of T3 for my levels to settle and for me to notice any difference.

We've had members who have admitted they were impatient and increased T3 too quickly then regretted it.
